| These articles of incorporation shall take effect from the date of approval by the Minister of Culture and Information. |

1. Those who were officers before these articles of incorporation take effect shall be deemed officers under these articles of incorporation; provided, however, that increased number of officers shall not be filled until the general meeting to elect officers for the next term.
2. Trustor under a copyright management contract before these articles of incorporation take effect shall be deemed a member (trustor) without a separate procedure. |

① Full-members under previous provisions shall be deemed to have completed entry process of a member.
② Junior-members under previous provisions shall be deemed to have completed entry process of a member, only if they actually provided consent to entering the Association in a separate procedure. |
| ▣ Article 3 (Transitional Provision on Loss of Full-Membership under Article 11) |
| A person whose full-membership is being suspended due to being an employee of the Association before this amendment of these articles of incorporation shall have his/her full-membership restored immediately if his/her employee status is terminated under the previous paragraph ③ of Article 9 (Loss and Suspension of Full-Membership). |
| ▣ Article 4 (Transitional Provision on Appointment and Removal of Employees under Article 26) |
| Employee hired before this amendment shall maintain employee status until he/she resigns. |
| ▣ Article 5 (Transitional Provision on Assembly of Representatives under Chapter 8) |
| Assembly of Representatives shall be abolished after the enactment of Copyright Management Business Act. |
