| ▣ Article 1 (Name) |
| The name of this legal person shall be "Sa-dan-beop-in Han-guk Eum-ak Jeo-jak-gwon Hyeop-Hoe" ("Association"), which shall be written in English as "KOREA MUSIC COPYRIGHT ASSOCIATION" (KOMCA) |
| ▣ Article 2 (Principal Office, Branch) |
① The principal office of this Association shall be located in Seoul, the Republic of Korea.
② Association may have eleven (11) or less branches (including dispatch office) nationally under the resolution of the board of directors. |
| ▣ Article 3 (Method of Public Notice) |
| Public notice of the Association shall be given in the Association bulletin and the Association's Internet homepage. |
