| ▣ Article 1 (Effective Date) |
| This regulation shall take effect from the date of approval by the Minister of Culture and Tourism. |
| ▣ Article 2 (Transitional Provision on Application of Distribution Data) |
| Distribution of royalties for public performance under Articles 11 through 13 of this regulation shall be made by using existing distribution data until the amended regulation shall take effect in 2002. |

| This regulation shall take effect from the date of approval by the Minister of Culture and Tourism; provided, however, that the amended Article 13 shall take effect from Oct 1, 2003. |

| This regulation shall take effect from the date of approval (Aug 1, 2006) by the Minister of Culture and Tourism. |

| This regulation shall take effect from the date of approval (Sep 12, 2008) by the Minister of Culture and Tourism. |
| ▣ Article 2 (Application of Distribution Provision for Undistributed Royalty) |
| Royalties for copyright collected before this regulation takes effect shall be distributed under previous regulations; provided, however, that new distribution method under Article 22 using scores of theme, background and signal music (based on general music score) shall apply from the distribution for the 4th quarter of 2008. |
| ▣ Article 3 (Transitional Provision on Re-amendment of Distribution Provision for Entertainment Bar, Singing Bar and karaoke room) |
| With respect to the distribution provisions for entertainment bar, singing bar and karaoke room, competent authorities and the Association shall conduct a joint survey and reflect survey results on the above provisions. |
