| ▣ Article 1 (Purpose) |
| The purpose of this Rule is to calculate and collect fair royalties for musical works between the Korea Music Copyright Association, an incorporated association, (hereinafter "Association") and the person who uses (hereinafter "User") the musical works administered by the Association (hereinafter "Musical Works"). |
| ▣ Article 2 (Entering into Contract) |
| A person who intends to use Musical Works for purposes such as performance, broadcasting, reproduction, transmission shall enter into a written contract with the Association for the use of works. |
| ▣ Article 3 (Terms of Contract) |
| Terms of the contract for the use of Musical Works in accordance with this Rule shall be set forth separately.

| ▣ Article 4 (Musical Works) |
| In this Rule, Musical Works shall mean lyrics and composition, collectively. |
| ▣ Article 5 (Classification of Use) |
Use of Musical Works administrated by the Association shall be classified as follows:
1. Performance
2. Broadcasting
3. Transmission
4. Reproduction
5. Distribution and
6. Other. |
